Eat Breathe Thrive is a seven-week group course designed for individuals seeking holistic healing through a healthier relationship with food, body, and emotions. Each weekly session lasts two hours and combines experiential activities, group discussion, and personalized yoga therapy practices such as yoga and meditation.
Learn and Practice Skills
Throughout the seven weeks, you’ll delve into four core skills from the Eat Breathe Thrive model: functional action, inner awareness, embodied intimacy, and self-regulation. Sessions emphasize how to apply these skills in your daily experiences with food, body, emotions, and relationships.
Connect with Others
You will join a small group that meets weekly to learn and practice skills together. Sessions include guided discussions and time for shared reflection, fostering a sense of community.
Practice Yoga and Meditation
Each session features gentle yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation practices tailored for accessibility and adaptability, focusing on internal experiences rather than physical performance. This approach is integral to the holistic healing process.
When and Where?
I will be offering an online 7-week series starting on May 6th, 2026. We will meet every Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm EST. A limited number of scholarships will be available. To find out more, connect with me below.
